This page provides shuttle transportation information for GSR-26 participants throughout the GSR-26 event period in Ankara, Türkiye.
GSR-26 Information Desks will be located in both domestic and international arrival terminals in the Ankara Esenboğa Airport. BTK’s airport shuttles will be provided to delegates who complete the form at "GSR-26: Form to Facilitate Delegate's Airport and Hotel Transfers" on the following dates:
FOR ARRIVALS: BTK’s airport shuttles will operate 10-11-12-13 May 2026 from Ankara Esenboğa Airport to designated otels for arrivals.
FOR DEPARTURES: BTK’s airport shuttles will operate 14-15-16-17 May 2026 from designated hotels to Ankara Esenboğa Airport for departures.
Daily Shuttles
Daily shuttles will operate throughout the event (from 12 to 15 May) between designated hotels and BTK HQ before the meeting, and between BTK HQ and designated hotels after the meeting.
NOTE: For Gala Dinner on 13 May, shuttles will operate from BTK HQ to Gala Dinner Location. After Gala Dinner shuttles will operate also from Gala Dinner Location to designated hotels.
Detailed schedules, pick-up points, and route information published below (The PDF version of daily shuttles to/from venue can also be downloaded here) and will be updated when necessary. Participants are advised to review the transportation details regularly before their travel and during the event dates.
